Truth is, Lil' Topper was invented and manufactured by a Mom and a Dad who saw a need for this type of product and refinanced the house to get it done. (Not a whole lot left over for spectacular advertising campaigns. But hopefully you'll see Lil' Topper in stores near you in the near future.)
